10-02-2009 : GDT announces H.264 XE silicon IP core
Today Global Digital Technologies has announced a new product in the family of advanced video compression IPs, the H264 XE. H.264 XE is a highly integrated silicon IP core offering H.264 video compression quality at the lowest possible bit rate. The new IP core is designed specifically for XilinxTM based FPGAs and video platforms. H.264XE’s compatibility with Xilinx’s design flow ensures “plug-and-play” immersion in Xilinx’ EDK platform and implementation in all modern Xilinx FPGA devices.

17-01-2008 : GDT joins Xilinx Alliance with H.264 EBH
Global Digital Technologies S.A, today announced that it has joined the Xilinx Alliance Program with its H.264 EBH video encoder IP core, which conforms to ISO/IEC 14496-10 (ITU-T H.264 or MPEG-4 Part10 /AVC) standard. The Xilinx Alliance Program is designed for third-party companies to take a proactive role in optimizing their products for efficient design and development with Xilinx programmable solutions, enabling mutual customers to benefit from the added value of combined technologies.

Hyperstone GmbH, member of the CML Microsystems Plc group, has entered into an exclusive agreement with Global Digital Technologies S.A. regarding GDT's video encoder IP cores conforming to ISO/IEC 14496-10 (ITU-T H.264 or MPEG-4 Part10 /AVC) video coding standard.

IEdit69 is an integrated S/W environment for developing and instantiating Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) configurations according to TR-69 protocol. Developers and OEMs of such devices can use IEdit69 to configure features and options according to the DSL forum TR-69 (CPE WAN Management Protocol).

H.264EBH is a highly integrated silicon IP core fully compliant to the emerging ISO/IEC 14496-10 (ITU-T H.264 or MPEG-4 Part10 /AVC) video coding standard. It is designed to offer maximum performance and compression quality at the lowest possible bit-rate.
GDT-H.264 is offered as a fully documented soft IP core together with an advanced SoC prototyping environment including the DS-600 FPGA evaluation board, APIs, embedded Linux drivers and an IP based networked video streaming application.

30-07-2003 : GDT and Hyperstone announce the availibility of HyLinux
HyLinux is a uClinux compliant embedded Linux kernel for the E1-32 family of processors. It is available as open source, free of royalty under GPL license. The package includes the hyLinux kernel (uClinux version 2.4.20), uCLibc application development library, GNU development tools and utilities for the E1-32XS development board.
